    We offer home-based physiotherapy across Greater Manchester, tailored to your specific needs. Pain Management Physiotherapy – Helping with issues like lower back pain, neck pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, and joint discomfort. Elderly Physiotherapy – Supporting older adults with mobility, fall prevention, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis and other degenerative diseases, and overall independence. Muscle & Soft Tissue Treatment – Addressing stiffness, restricted movement, and soft tissue injuries through hands-on techniques and exercise therapy. We bring expert care directly to your doorstep, making it easier to access physiotherapy in the comfort of your own home.
  • Who can benefit from muscle and soft tissue therapy?
    Our muscle and soft tissue therapy is ideal for people experiencing tightness, restricted movement, postural discomfort, or recovering from soft tissue injuries. It’s also beneficial for those with sports-related strains, overuse issues, or chronic muscular pain. Depending on your condition, we may use a combination of manual therapy, massage, IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), Bowen Therapy, and Fascial Manipulation (FM) to support your recovery and restore mobility.
  • Do you provide physiotherapy for children?
    Our main focus is adult and elderly physiotherapy, but we can offer support for children in specific cases. Please contact us to discuss your child’s needs.
  • Can I access physiotherapy without a GP referral?
    Yes – you don’t need a referral to use our services. You can contact us directly to arrange a physiotherapy home visit.
  • Do you offer home visits for physiotherapy in Manchester?
    Yes, we specialize in mobile physiotherapy home visits across Greater Manchester. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Evening and weekend appointments may be available by request.

    Our pricing varies depending on your location, as travel distance and time are factored into the cost of each home visit. To receive an accurate quote, please fill in the form on our Contact Us page with your postcode or address, and we’ll get back to you with a personalized estimate.
  • How can I book a home physiotherapy appointment?

  • What should I expect at my first physiotherapy session?
    Your first session will include: A full assessment of your condition, mobility, and goals A discussion of your medical background and lifestyle A tailored physiotherapy treatment plan Initial treatment, which may involve manual therapy, movement exercises, or pain relief strategies
  • What should I wear to my physio session?
    Please wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement, such as gym wear or loose-fitting attire.
  • What should I prepare before my appointment?
    If you have recent medical reports or scans, it’s helpful to have them ready. A quiet space at home for assessment and treatment is also ideal.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept bank transfers and cash payments. If you have questions about payment or invoicing, let us know and we’ll be happy to help.
  • Can I claim physiotherapy on private health insurance?
    We recommend checking with your insurer to confirm coverage. We’re happy to provide invoices for reimbursement.
  • What are your operating hours?
    We offer appointments Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Appointments outside these hours can be arranged depending on availability.
  • Are your physiotherapists qualified and experienced?
    Yes. All of our physiotherapists are HCPC registered and CSP members. They are fully qualified, insured, and experienced in providing high-quality, patient-centered care. We stay up to date with the latest techniques and continue to undertake professional development training.
