Our muscle and soft tissue therapy is ideal for people experiencing tightness, restricted movement, postural discomfort, or recovering from soft tissue injuries. It’s also beneficial for those with sports-related strains, overuse issues, or chronic muscular pain.

Depending on your condition, we may use a combination of manual therapy, massage, IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), Bowen Therapy, and Fascial Manipulation (FM) to support your recovery and restore mobility.

Yes, we specialize in mobile physiotherapy home visits across Greater Manchester. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Evening and weekend appointments may be available by request.

We accept bank transfers and cash payments. If you have questions about payment or invoicing, let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

We recommend checking with your insurer to confirm coverage. We’re happy to provide invoices for reimbursement.

We offer appointments Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Appointments outside these hours can be arranged depending on availability.

Yes. All of our physiotherapists are HCPC registered and CSP members. They are fully qualified, insured, and experienced in providing high-quality, patient-centered care. We stay up to date with the latest techniques and continue to undertake professional development training.
